Job Summary

The Account Director at Hire Digital would be responsible for consulting, developing, and maintaining strong, multi-faceted content and marketing strategies and client relationships. As an Account Director, you will work with internal and external collaborators, plan, oversee, and execute the strategy from start to end. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Strategize, manage and ensure quality of content and marketing assets to support client’s strategies.
  • Brief talents, manage clients & timelines, and review submitted works. Ensure that all assets & strategies adhere to brand and communications standards and are executed in a consistent and professional way.
  • Understand client expectations and determine success metrics for a mutually beneficial long-term relationship.
  • Explore account growth opportunities through a consultative approach and sales proposals.
  • Monitor and evaluate web analytics dashboards and reports in order to develop and recommend content and marketing strategies.
  • Provide accurate and timely project reporting.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven ability in formulating content marketing & digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Extensive knowledge in driving conversion and lead generation through content & marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, persuasive skills and confidence to develop account penetration strategies and close business deals
  • Demonstrable knowledge of digital marketing tools will be helpful.
  • Self-starter with an ability to define processes and manage deadlines.
