• Worked as a UX consultant with early-stage startups and have worked in the B2B compliance, fintech sectors among others in different capacities, including guiding projects, supporting teams, helping launch the MVP, revamp and scale products.
• Involved with the entire product lifecycle, working comfortably at every stage, from strategy, research and prototyping to design handoffs.

• Designed for Microsoft Teams, a chat-based application for better collaboration in the workplace. It’s part of the Office 365 suite. It was released in March 2017.
• Worked as part of the Bangalore, India team and responsible to design Todo app for personal tasks creation; quick access using Slash command (/); and accessibility framework.
• Liaised between the Seattle and India team to scope out project viability and helped with project management for features designed in India.

Redbus.com is the largest bus ticket booking platform across India, South East Asia & Latin America. 

• Managed the end-to-end design on the mobile website, which has the second highest DAU after desktop.
• Encompassed redesigning the funnel to improve ticket booking conversion rate; increasing insurance attachment rate per ticket; and designing the framework for last minute boarding issues.

EnglishDost (2014-2017) was an award-winning app to learn conversational English speaking skills through regional Indian languages for blue-collared workers using storytelling.

• Functioned as founding team member and led the user experience across all products under the English Dost umbrella.
• Contributed to the UI overhaul of the product, co-designed a scalable learning framework, designed a mentor app MVP to track self-practice of students, hired and mentored junior designers, and contributed in project management.

Koove.com (2015-2017) was a platform to sell and buy used goods for neighbourhood communities. It was on Android and Facebook.

• Functioned as a founding team member and led the design experience across marketing, product, set up the team culture and created processes for onboarding new employees.
• Managed the arriving at an MVP definition for Koove (over 50 users as of December 2015) and creating brand guidelines.
