• Designed Facebook posts for opening launch of phone trading service in Hong Kong. The project involves conceptualization, influencer management, photo editing, and graphic design.

As a designer for OrangeTee Platinum Award-winning Agent:

• Designed Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp materials for recruitment, project launches, and award appreciation. The project involves social media platform optimization, conceptualization, graphic illustration, photo editing, and video editing.

As a designer for Sony Music:

• Designed for Sony Music (global) Learning Management System.
• Worked collaboratively with the training manager and Sony Music (global) general manager on conceptualization, graphic design, motion graphics, video and audio editing.

As a designer for public listed companies:

• Designed and developed websites.
• AEDGE Group, SMCI Group, and GS Holdings.

As a designer for Lyvsta (event-booking system):

• Completed end-to-end UI/UX design under 72 hours.

As a designer for Swiftly:

• Completed full end-to-end UI/UX design and managed a remote frontend and backend developer team.
• Designed and developed their mobile responsive platform. Visual elements include high-fidelity mock-up, animations, email and invoice templates, customized icons, and interactive design with e-wallet integration.

As a graphic designer:

• Designed various graphic projects, including posters, banners, flyers, catalog, merchandise, logo, and product packaging.

• Worked on UI/UX of all web, mobile web, mobile app, EDM, and social media.
• Created design standards, brand guidelines, visual specifications, and coordinated general assistance to other designers.
• Liaised with engineering team on development and solved technical limitations with design solutions.
• Translated design vision and strategy to product managers, departmental directors, and top executives to align with business objectives.
• Partnered with data scientist and digital marketing team to constantly define issues and solutions for better user journey of our platforms, and better marketing materials for both online and offline.  
• Revamped UI/UX design for corporate website Orangetee.com.

• Created the UI/UX design for Singapore’s first one-stop real estate digital ecosystem for property agents OrangeTee Agent App (both Android and iOS).

APAC Venture is the WeChat’s preferred partner and sole distributor of Avast Antivirus in Southeast Asia region.

• Redesigned UX for WeTix Malaysia, online movie ticketing aggregator in Malaysia, formerly by WeChat’s subsidiary of Beijing Weiying Technology under Tencent and Wanda Group.
• Completed a fully functional prototype with animation on Framer (that includes learning a new programming language CoffeeScript) within two weeks’ timeline.
• Managed customer service and content on corporate’s social media profile. This includes Avast Antivirus APAC (from Czech Republic), WeTix Malaysia (both WeChat official account and Facebook), Apac Venture WeChat official account, and Malaysia Airline WeChat official account.
• Redesigned UI/UX of the corporate website. Worked as the lead UI designer, developer, and copywriter on the redesign. Minimalized and restructured content of website for a better user experience.
• Created presentation deck for the sales team. Integrated motion graphics and customized illustrations.

• Produced interview videos from raw footage with added effects and content manipulation For Monsta Asia (largest student run collaborative community in Malaysia). Broke record on Monsta Asia Facebook page (over 125,000 views in five days).
• Created other interview videos, including Bryan Loo (Group CEO of Loob Holding) and Dato' Nicol David (World's No.1 Squash Player).
