Spun Gold is a BAFTA award-winning UK production company, making programs for all the top broadcasters and increasingly online platforms.

  • Developed and wrote a truly diverse array of unscripted T.V. show ideas in the genres of factual entertainment, reality, documentary, entertainment, game shows, panel shows, specialist factual, features and formats for BBC1/2/3, ITV1/2/Be, Channel 4/E4/More4, UKTV, Discovery, National Geographic, MTV, Bravo, A+E, USA, Sky arts/living, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and Quibi.
  • Created the idea of ‘End Of Days’ which was shortlisted to the final four for the “E4 Pitch Live” event at the 2019 Edinburgh TV Festival. Pitched and presented the taster tape for the youth skewing reality game show to Karl Warner and a group of Channel 4 commissioners as well as a panel of under 25’s in front of a live festival audience.
  • Wrote eye-catching treatments, pitch decks and posters that have lead to commissions.
  • Shot and edited taster tapes, rip tapes, and short-form content.
  • Regularly attended and contributed to pitch meetings with commissioners.

  • Regularly came up with creative concepts, pitched them to clients and then wrote the scripts for production.
  • Edited and contributed to the work of external writers and directors.
  • Built strong relationships with and regularly pitched to world-leading advertising agencies as well as a wide range of major record labels, video commissioner's, reps, studios, and global advertisers. Also maintained and nurtured the longstanding relationships with their established clients.
