Info-communications Media Development Authority (IMDA) is a statutory board of the Singapore government that develops and regulates the converging infocomm and media sectors.

• Project managed Intranet website and subsystems ensuring proper processing, governance, and data management.
• Analyzed the division's business requirements and processes through document and workflow analysis.
• Worked as the coordinator between users and vendors to communicate requirements, handover, and troubleshooting.

DesignSingapore Council is the national agency for design, enabling Singapore to use design for economic growth and to make lives better.

• Garnered strategic business requirements and collaborated with IT counterparts in implementing technology to assist in the knowledge management roadmap such as CRM solutions (MS Dynamics) and Intranet. Developed and supervised system documents related to the changes and enhancements done to the process and system.
• Managed and coordinated KM processes, practices, and governance requirements.
• Enforced compliance to specifications by reviewing system testing, integration testing, and data conversion documents for verification purposes.
• Collaborated with users to resolve queries, provided training requirements, and recommended changes and enhancements to systems.

• Consistently planned, managed, and monitored social media channels for LMS increasing subscription by Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Hootsuite.
• Successfully handled user interface and wireframes design, journey mapping, UAT, pilot testing, and vendor management for collaborative reader app and other learning solutions.
• Oversaw operations and support of SMS and email broadcasting system for the use of faculty and administration such as data migration, implementation of SSO security to cover over 30,000 students and 1,500 faculty members.
• Ensured a seamless system and improved data quality through strategic liaison with infrastructure and database team with data mapping and analysis of business requirements.
• Enforced technology enhanced learning projects compliance with NTU’s strategy through strategic involvement in outreach, design and development, and learning environment clusters.
• Scoped and project managed the case study platform using Moodle and the integration of Google Education for the Nanyang Business School.
