Acquired partnerships with leading brands Etihad Airways, Tourism Western Australia, Agoda, etc. and achieved Tier 2 media and 150k monthly organic sessions within 7 months.


Led copywriting for campaigns, ads, and product assets. Implemented Tone of Voice across Singapore, Thailand, and Hong Kong including Marketing, Product, Compliance, Operations, Data, and Customer Service. Oversaw local and regional teams to lead communications for PR, crisis comms, product marketing campaigns, and database marketing.


Led new content marketing strategy and campaigns as part of COVID-19 rescue plan to pivot business from travel to international e-commerce. Achieved 300% increase in annual e-commerce transactions and successfully pivoted the business during the pandemic.
