  • Helmed the operations of the central kitchen and two retail stores when in Taipei, including drawing up monthly P&L and cashflow statements, managing and forecasting sales and directing operational workflows during peak seasons, analyzing the market for potential business expansion, planning and implementing a series of successful marketing and promotional campaigns to increase sales, and coordinated franchise operations to tide through peak seasons. 
  • Managed a team of six key account personnel when in Taipei, including hiring and training two management trainees. 
  • Co-led the sourcing of potential retail spaces for business expansion in Shanghai and Taipei, involving negotiation with various local property agents and landlords, studying building floor plans, and analyzing the feasibility of each location for business growth. 
  • Developed a crisis management strategy and led the company through a public relations crisis involving a close competitor, which could potentially have negative reputational damage when in Taipei.
