Social Media Overhaul Strategy

As part of the digital marketing overhaul, I prepared documents and guidelines to be adhered to by the Prana Chai team worldwide, to align our brand identity and image and present a consistent brand image. Documents such as these social stories strategy document were distributed to all staff who were able to post on social media to ensure we were getting maximum return from their marketing effort.

Since March 2020, I have been in charge of Prana Chai's digital marketing worldwide. The company has offices in Australia, the UK, Germany, USA, Korea and Japan. I handle all marketing channels and report on progress through monthly data studio reports. Here, we show the results of my work since joining in March 2020. Note that both (Other) and Email should be grouped. 
My Newsletter Marketing campaigns generated circa $80k revenue in 10 months, compared to $9,400 generated in the 10 months prior. My paid search ads generated $301k revenue compared to $130k in the period prior, and lastly organic and paid social campaigns generated $22k of income compared to $14k from the period prior, all due to overhauled marketing strategy and adapted marketing funnel processes.

Coffee Bird is a family-owned and women-led ethical sourcing company dedicated to bringing the finest specialty Guatemalan coffee to the world, whilst ensuring a sustainable future for producers and all those along the supply chain.

I worked on contract with the Coffee Bird throughout 2019, assisting with content creation, web development, organizing overseas events and representing the company at the Cafe Show in Seoul, Korea in November 2019.

In September 2019, I visited Guatemala to meet partner farmers, under contract to produce written content and farm materials to be provided to coffee roasters around the world.

For the 2019 Coffee Harvest, I produced farm information packs for all green coffee sourced, imported, exported and blended, collecting information about the region, farm and crop and developing documents to share this in a concise way with Coffee Bird’s roaster customers.

Since July 2020, I have been creating images, drafting captions and managing social and Google advertising for leading Australian Yoga Academy, a 20 year old institution. While their audience is fairly small, they are comprised of a targeted group of former students. My aim was to transform the social channel from something that they would use to share random memes and unstructured content, into a professional primary communication channel with their alumni, current students and potential future students.
