  • Brought onboard to spearhead content strategy and management as well as all marketing communications. This spans from cross-channel marketing content development and copywriting to content A/B testing practices and taxonomy creation.
  • Managed all external and crisis communications strategy and content from start to end, including writing and development of press releases, emails, and website notices.  
  • Oversaw social media content and briefing agency and editing and proofreading according to company’s guidelines.
  • Acted as key content manager in company’s branding exercise. Working closely with brand manager in the development of brand’s tone, voice, and style for both internal and external communications. 
  • Established content taxonomy structure, company writing style guide, and brand style guide.
