- Conceptualized designs, developed and implemented the look and feel of professional graphic design and frontend development to support Alberta Blue Cross’s evolving marketing initiatives.
- Designed public website content to help fulfill marketing tactics and goals.
- Administered the Alberta Blue Cross intranet, used by over 1000 employees. Created web content, designed interface navigation and web pages and coordinated access and privacy permissions using the Ektron Content Management platform.
- Managed documentation and training for the communications web design team. Regularly trained new employees and wrote online documentation to streamline work procedures and processes.
- Resolved technical issues by working directly with staff to establish project scopes, interaction guidelines, and project timelines.
- Created company-wide intranet polls, forms, and surveys. As well as analyzed results to showcase the success of various marketing initiatives.
- Ensured accuracy of the website content, both internal and external, by thoroughly editing and cross-checking.
- Published internal newsletter and created e-mail templates.
- Designed web content for sales and marketing presentations.
- Worked with third-party companies to coordinate project media files for web and television advertisements.
- Coordinated production plans for photo and video shoots as well as photo releases to be used in various media.
- Acted as a director, camera operator, and video editor to produce corporate videos for both internal and external audiences. Helped determine audio, lighting, and video options for post-production video requirements.
