• Strategized, managed and executed marketing and communication activities for a division of 200 personnel and six broad product categories across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Brunei and Vietnam.
• Managed online and offline trade advertising, events and digital customer platforms across industries including marine, petrochemical, coal mining, oil and gas, and manufacturing.
• Led partner marketing and engagement platforms integrated with partner measurement metrics. Partners contributed to 50% of Siemens’ sales targets.
• Created an inventory and rewards system for distributors and resellers as part of our partner tiering system where they keep track of sales figures and receive marketing collaterals. 100% of the partner communication and performance tracking was ported to this system within three months.
• Helped to establish its presence in regional trade exhibitions such as the Asia Pacific Maritime Show, Oil & Gas Shipbuilding Exhibition Asia (OSEA), and Coaltrans Asia and CommunicAsia.

• Was part of the headquarters regional coordination team that streamlined the global campaign for the Integrated Drive Systems (IDS), a one-stop drive train solutions that leverage engineering efficiencies to improve performance and reduce the total cost of ownership.
• Worked cross-functionally with business and communications teams across the globe to align strategic objectives and individual milestones.
• Supported the global content production team with localized content for the IDS campaign.
• Produced a series of customer reference videos with customers like BMW, which were used globally for the campaign.
• Was part of the team at the Hannover Fairs, one of the world's largest industrial automation and drives fair which launched the IDS campaign.

Wee Leng provided media monitoring and tender research for healthcare and government clients including Samsung Healthcare, the Ministry of National Development Singapore, and the National Design Centre of Singapore.

• Produced the media monitoring report for the World Cities Summit 2010, which covered more than 100 articles published by local and international press.
• Helped launch the 5th Edelman Digital Brand Index, a project undertaken by Edelman and Brandtology to represent pervasive trends in digital platforms.
• Modelled primary research across eight APAC markets on more than 300 technology brands and 4,000 online channels.

• Worked alongside B2B brand consultants and researchers in market research for small medium enterprises, including conducting perception audits and competitor analyses.
