  • Connected Pardot to a subset of records within an existing instance of Sales Cloud.
  • Consulted with both business divisions and built out a marketing automation strategy while ensuring there were quick adoption and usage of the platform from day one of the project.
  • Produced tailored training sessions and new user enablement videos for each business division.
  • Used video conferencing and JIRA to coordinate with all of the relevant hubs involved in the project. The marketing directors were in San Francisco, Las Vegas, and Boston while the Salesforce development and administration teams were in Oxford and Sydney.

  • Audited the Criteo Pardot instance and provided a full list of recommendations to increase their campaign effectiveness.
  • Configured Pardot to become GDPR compliant, a large part of this project was spent building and launching their new email preference center solution.
