Chris Maclean

Award-winning audio designer for BBDO, Apple & BBC.

Chris Maclean has decades of experience providing audio design, mixing and editing for brands, agencies, cinema, and exhibitions. As a studio manager at BBC, he worked on music for Radio 1 and 2, live and pre-recorded outside broadcasts, the famous "Peel Sessions" as well as documentaries and studio shows. He has edited, mixed, and created radio adverts, TV and film commercials, and TV programs, including "The Thick of It" and "Terry Pratchet’s Hogfather." Chris has won several awards such as Cannes Silver Lion Best Use of Audio for Doritos Mariachi "Stay Another Day" and also nominated for Best Sound Design for a TV program for the sound on "Inside No 9: La Couchette."
