  • Joined the senior commercial team in a business development role helping clients build more sophisticated views of their audiences and tasked with identifying unknown areas to tap into for growth.
  • In charge of updating and championing their influencer strategy as an offering to clients through the platform, based on unique experience to compliment the wider Codec team. 
  • Tasked to bring in revenue through new business with large brands (primarily B2C), and executing on a strategy of expanding through different brands across the world's largest brand groups.
  • Managed current clients such as Unilever, L’Oreal, Diageo, and P&G, and leveraged existing customer relationships there to find new deals with brands within these groups.

Open Influence is a global multi-award winning influencer marketing solution focused on generating value for brands across all the major social media platforms.

  • Ran multiple influencer marketing campaigns across the UK, EMEA, and the USA for leading brands, including Disney, Peroni, Bose, Hyundai, Samsung, Under Armour, Puma, and more.
  • Developed client facing contact. These ranged from brand direct, to multiple large media agencies where he built relationships and won repeat business based on successful campaigns. 
  • Managed budgets ranging from $20,000 to $600,000 on any particular campaign.
  • Analyzed and managed influencer talent, being first port of call for them and their agents. This was from initial reach-out stage of the campaign, all the way through to managing during the project.
  • Had to cost campaigns and work to strict margins, including setting up contracts of influencers for the term, which included variables such as rights, exclusivity, and fee negotiation.
  • Finalized end of campaign reports, measuring final results against initial deliverables and collating all data driven across content for the duration of campaigns, and feedback for future success.
  • Grew the UK side of the internal CRM tool, expanding the influencer network in this market to add to the global database of 500,000 names within our own proprietary tech.

Brandbassador is an influencer marketing platform connecting brands to influencers.

  • Hired, set-up, and managed a team from scratch to focus on the “seeding” side of Brandbassador.
  • Grew the influencer side of the platform by over 10,000 users from starting the role, aided by a significant list of contacts in the industry.
  • Was in charge of undertaking “competitor-analysis”, drawing up in-depth research of over 70 competitors in the industry.
  • Worked closely with developers in Lisbon due to the imminent launch of the new platform and release of the app. This included travel to Europe.

KEO Films is a multi-award winning integrated broadcast, commercial and digital production company.

  • Worked in the development for one of the UK’s largest independent production houses.
  • Created and developed television concepts for major UK networks to commission. Pitched own ideas and the team’s, to channels such as the BBC, ITV, and Channel 4.
  • Built relationships with head commissioners at these channels, as well as the talent involved in the programs being developed.
