CHUCHKA is Australian online store for beautiful, transeasonal, and on-trend totes, handbags, jewelry, and lifestyle accessories.
- Relaunched the Australian Shopify website with overhaul of theme, navigation, and site/content structure. Launched an international Shopify website. Provided daily maintenance of both websites including content management, web copywriting, testing/integration on new apps to increase conversions and support campaigns.
- Rolled out new product launches, including setting up product imports for Shopify and inventory management platform, creating collection theme and narrative, product descriptions, prep assets for all channels.
- Planned and managed the yearly content calendar across all channels. Ran content contributor program for the blog.
- Onboarded Klaviyo email platform; set up of all email automation flows (welcome series, browse abandonment, abandon cart). Ran weekly eDM campaigns to Australian and international audience.
- Set up and managed paid advertising campaigns in Facebook Business Manager (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Ads (Google Shopping, Google Search ads).
- Planned and ran social competitions and collabs. Briefing social media executive (contractor) on social strategy, campaign rollouts, influencer engagement, and other requirements.
- Executed major product photoshoots for new collections and promotional campaigns, including model selection, prop selection, moodboards, photographer brief, creative direction, styling model, and taking BTS footage.
- Managed media releases, influencer/collaboration outreach, pitch emails for landing new wholesale majors/stockists.
- Selected and planned influencer promotions. Briefing paid/ongoing brand ambassadors on image requirements/deliverables.
- Set up and managed B2B online portal.
- Conducted monthly reporting utilizing a mix of Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Google Ads, and Shopify.
