As a former vice president of marketing at Lazada Philippines, he has helped establish the company by leading digital strategy and marketing operations including product management, online marketing (search, display, SEO, and social media), branding, partnerships, offline and PR, business intelligence, and category management. Paul also has worked in senior management roles for other large telecommunication companies such as Smart Communications and Globe Telecom. In 2016, he was one of the most influential marketing technology leaders in Southeast Asia awarded at the World Marketing Congress.
