Resume

Full-stack Developer

KPMG

August 2015 - Present (8 years 8 months)

  • Built HTML5 ad banners, contained landing pages and microsites, along with JSON data-feeds and a custom WYSIWYG JSON editor (CMS style).
  • Managed projects from conception to finished product.

Senior Frontend Developer

World Academy of Sport

November 2018 - April 2019 (6 months)

The World Academy of Sport (WAoS) delivers learning programs for sports and event participants, such as athletes, managers, administrators, officials, and coaches, through a series of tailored educational programs.

  • Was assigned to implement a frontend workflow and build process, along with code cleanup and refactoring for a software that was previously built by a backend developer.
  • Built the back-end APIs and completely rebuilt the UI/UX.

AVP Frontend Developer

Honee

July 2017 - October 2018 (1 year 4 months)

Honee is a discovery, booking, and engagement platform for wellness, beauty, and fitness services in Melbourne.

  • Developed frontend features using ES6 JavaScript, jQuery, CSS3 and editing CSHTML files. Backend APIs are also developed using C#.
  • Built and maintained frontend build tools, coding practices, quality, and training.
  • Created a frontend templating system, along with a ‘Promise’ system, using only ES6 Javascript (no frameworks) to facilitate a client-side heavy, asynchronous platform.
  • Provided a particular focus on cross-browser, cross-device compatibility, using a mobile-first methodology and building for touch-events and touch-targets first. The main product at Honee can be used on an iPhone SE, all the way up to a 27-inch iMac, with specific optimizations made for the extremes of that range.

Frontend Developer

NOW Digital

September 2015 - February 2017 (1 year 6 months)

NOW Digital is an award-winning digital agency providing strategic thought leadership and UX-led digital transformation services.

  • Created full builds of designs in raw HTML5, using gulp SASS, local JS servers, and build/output folders.
  • Implemented builds into the Sitecore CMS. Sitecore has some restrictive outputs, especially around forms, which provided a good challenge to replicate the designers original vision.
  • Worked with various client industries, including superannuation, tire manufactories, and government agencies.
