I’m a Freelance Marketing Consultant who helps brands in the Health, Fitness & Wellness industries to get clear on their brand personalities and communicate in a way that’s impactful, ethical and genuine. I've worked both in-house and at advertising agencies, and my experience ranges from tiny startups to some of the world's largest brands. In 2018 I quit my job to go freelance, purposefully building a business that tied into my interests in the Health, Fitness and Wellness sectors. I’m passionate about using marketing ethically and helping companies understand what makes their customers tick. I’m also a HUGE advocate of wellness and work/life balance and will rant about it for hours if left unsupervised. In 2021, I took the leap into the so-called 'digital nomad' life. I'm now location independent and work remotely around the world.
