Digital Insights & Strategy Account Director

  • Championed the use of digital insights tools across the business, and provided training and workshops across disciplines, including case studies for paid/owned media with steps for teams to implement. Key internal stakeholders approached Ana in relation to clients at risk or those that they were pitching for as a business, to analyze current strategies in order to come up with opportunities (Village Roadshow Strategy Review, Stan Pitch, Coles Pitch, and Invisalign Pitch).
  • Delivered a digital transformation consultancy project to Hoyts cinemas that aimed to provide a clear pathway for Hoyts to become a fully digital business technology/digital media wise. Hoyts was yet to implement some of the recommendations, but the quick wins implemented saw significant improvement in on site performance (on site metrics and conversion rate).
  • Developed Resolution’s conversion rate optimization (CRO) product and methodology from scratch and executed CRO projects. CRO aims to improve on site performance by, for example, testing different elements (color, position, layout, etc.) with the aim of gradually increasing the conversion rate on site. Initial CRO tests saw significant improvement on key client with 19% improvement in conversion rates.
  • Led business management delivery team across a portfolio of clients. Ensured the team was clear on the process for client briefing and best practice recommendations and ongoing servicing. This resulted in outstanding client ratings across the key parameters of results, collaboration, and innovation.

One of the financial clients in the extremely competitive credit card space saw credit card applications increase by 120% while overseeing the accounts while efficiency (CPA) went down 7% compared to the previous period.
