• Functioned as the scientific lead for selected accounts within Actelion, Amgen, Baxter, Takeda, and ViiV Healthcare, and a key scientific reviewer of deliverables in both English and Chinese languages from the AMICULUM Asia offices.
• Crafted comprehensive strategies based on scientific literature, market research and insights from key opinion leaders to fill the communication gaps identified by internal or external stakeholders.
• Facilitated the evolution of a regional cardiovascular educational initiative led by a steering committee of distinguished medical leaders that resulted in the publication of a patient case compendium and patient educational materials, in collaboration with European Society of Cardiology and organization of annual workshop conferences in Asia Pacific.
• Pivoted and converted face-to-face training workshops to interactive virtual meetings in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
• Created multi-day training toolkits for an internal education renal program which were rolled out across regional offices in Asia Pacific.

• Oversaw the complete life cycle of deliverables, from business proposal to project management and content development.
• Developed a diverse spectrum of customized projects spanning from manuscripts to expert reviews, conference highlights to meeting reports, slide resources to details aids, covering a broad range of therapeutic areas.
• Conceptualized, produced, and managed pharmaceutical product launches in Singapore, in collaboration with external design agencies and event app developers.

• Interviewed physicians and patients in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, and Thailand to produce a series of testimonial videos on imaging systems and home respiratory devices for Philips Healthcare.
