Axinan, now Igloo, is Southeast Asia’s first licensed full-stack insurance technology firm based in Singapore.
- Worked closely with the product team to find product-market fit, do product optimization and developed go-to-market strategy.
- Oversaw brand marketing, marketing communications, corporate communications, and coordinate efforts for these different functions across four markets (SG, ID, TH, PH).
- Supported the commercial team who drives Axinan’s sales function through generating top- and mid-funnel leads and ensuring that value proposition and product benefits are well represented in their sales materials. Employed B2B channels most frequented by key stakeholders including email, events (podcast, webinars), PR and SEO to generate leads.
- Launched Igloo D2C app on the Appstore and Playstore, registering 1 million downloads. Launched Igloo B2B2C transit insurance on Bukalapak, Lazada, Shopee, and RedDoorz, with new pilot launches in the works for Shopify, KrungSri bank, and Krung Thai bank. Resulted in USD 11.3M worth of shipments covered; 908,925 policies sold; USD 106,000 in premiums collected.
