Anna Hoghton is a content creator and copywriter with a wealth of experience in social media, email marketing, and digital content creation for a range of top clients, including Epoch, Oral-B, Disney, BAFTA Guru, The Watershed, The BBC, The Soil Association, and The Environment Agency. As a travel content marketer, she has written for Curio Magazine, Lodestar Anthology, Pixillion, and Sawday’s. She is also a published poet who was nominated for the Lancelot Andrews Award by the poet laureate Carol Ann Duffy and was one of fifteen 'leading UK poets' asked to read at the 2016 Bristol Festival of Ideas 'Utopia' event. In 2018, she won the ‘best narrative’ at the Women in Film and Television International Showcase for her environmental-action short film ‘Never Land’.

  • Worked alongside creative director, Remco Merbis, assisting him in coordinating and producing written and visual content for Pixillion and its clients.
  • Developed and delivered concept ideas, pitches, treatments, scripts, and storyboards in response to client briefs, creating inspiring and strategic brand stories that engaged audiences.
  • Clients: The Soil AWARDS/PUBLICATIONS Association, We the Curious (previously @Bristol), Bristol Media, Bigatmo, Bike Media, Spoke, The Tobacco Factory, and We Love Maple.
  • Wrote engaging copy for the Pixillion website, ensured it worked as a marketing tool to attract new clients and retain old ones.
  • Used MailChimp to send out newsletters. In response to a newsletter she produced, they were invited to London by Nike to pitch on a campaign.
