• Contributed to the overall strategic direction, business development and execution of the company in the Asia Pacific region during a time of digital transformation.

• Worked as part of the core team that managed a 24/7, advisory, communications and operational support team.
• Enabled clients to meet business, commercial and operational targets while helping them mitigate geopolitical, disaster, and reputational risks.
• Provided regular market briefing reports and incident monitoring, research advisory, and operational support in crisis situations.

• Provided research and project support in the execution of complex strategic diplomatic initiatives aimed at enhancing trade, investments, and strategic relationships.

• Led in all in-house research and development of the impact measurement metrics (reporting and implementation); knowledge management; advocacy/external engagements, coalition building and communications. Also wrote annual reports and marketing/web content. 
• Developed a database and managed relationships with donors, funders, think tanks, and philanthropy foundations. Ensured cost control and budget management; grant writing and donor reports. 
• Built a business case for the organization to explore impact investment as a financing source.
