As a senior director and consultant for Redhill:

• Built and led on several areas of practice, including government relations, policy advocacy, public-private partnerships, and policy communications.
• Provided advisory across public-private partnerships strategy, regulatory and policy advocacy, and sustainability.
• Supported clients, including food and beverages and duty free related clients, on their legislative and regulatory issues in the region. 

As a consulting editor for the book project ‘Telecom Man’:

• Oversaw the evolution and development of the internet and data services, including policy regulations, in the context of the telecom revolution in South Asia. 

As an adjunct lecturer at Singapore Institute of Technology:

• Handled “Society, Government and Technology” module. 

• Contributed to the overall strategic direction, business development and execution of the company in the Asia Pacific region during a time of digital transformation.
• Built and led the external and government affairs (public and regulatory affairs) function in the region.
• Provided regulatory cover and market entry strategy for all business units across the region, including new product launches, tariffs, licenses, permits, content, and trust and safety. 
• Provided chief of staff support to the president and managing director for issues management and troubleshooting, project management, public relations/strategic engagements, intelligence and business advisory matters. 
• Led in the government relations initiatives and advocacy priorities of company’s public policy positions across the region.
• Designed and executed on strategic engagement, CSR, events and communication strategy to enhance brand reputation and building of unique public private partnerships. These included partnerships with United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), WWF, and local NGOs. 
• Built and led the reputational risk and intelligence function for all M&A activities as well as joint venture projects. 
• Negotiated multi-million dollar grant for data and innovation initiatives (IMDA and EDB in Singapore) and closed government deals in support of government ad sales across the region.
• Created and ran one of a kind Advisory Board in India, with eminent persons from government and public policy, investment/corporate and digital/video backgrounds. 

International SOS and Control Risks is a company that provides specialist services in crisis management, geopolitical, security, reputational, and operational risk advisory. 

• Worked as part of the core team that managed a 24/7, advisory, communications and operational support team.
• Enabled clients to meet business, commercial and operational targets while helping them mitigate geopolitical, disaster, and reputational risks.
• Provided regular market briefing reports and incident monitoring, research advisory, and operational support in crisis situations. 
• Identified several new sales and business opportunities with existing clients and audit of quality customer service.

• Provided research and project support in the execution of complex strategic diplomatic initiatives aimed at enhancing trade, investments, and strategic relationships. 
• Supported the Government of Singapore's initiative in advocacy, lobbying and outreach to key stakeholders in the South Asia/India region. This included politicians, diplomats, government officials, regulators, industry associations, corporate sector, think tanks, universities, international organizations, and NGOs.

Protimos is a non-government organization that uses the law to create sustainable economic growth for people and communities in Africa.

• Led in all in-house research and development of the impact measurement metrics (reporting and implementation); knowledge management; advocacy/external engagements, coalition building and communications. Also wrote annual reports and marketing/web content. 
• Developed a database and managed relationships with donors, funders, think tanks, and philanthropy foundations. Ensured cost control and budget management; grant writing and donor reports. 
• Built a business case for the organization to explore impact investment as a financing source.
