- Led the product development and strategy of the core Medidata eCOA (Electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment) iOS/Android mobile app SaaS solution and platform services utilizing Agile methodologies as Subject Matter Expert/Product Manager.
- Drove the iterative iOS/Android mobile app launches from end to end to turn business requirements derived from market/customer analysis into working software solutions that deliver great value to end patients and clinical study sponsors.
- Led the go-to-market development and strategy to deliver the MVP of the next-gen Medidata eCOA native app offering.
- Owned the responsibility for product backlog organization and prioritization for three onshore and offshore dev teams.
- Managed parallel development teams of mobile/platform engineers, and actively participate in all agile ceremonies providing insights and product perspective (User story mapping, daily scrums, groomings, feature overviews, sprint plannings, retrospectives).
- Delivered two innovative features within a span of 4 months for high-profile life sciences customers which improved the clinician data entry experience, resulting in a 30% increase in data access/entry accuracy and a 99% customer satisfaction rate.
- Directly interface with internal and external customers in design sessions and interviews to gather business use cases and requirements for MVP user stories and to gather feedback for future roadmap scope additions.
- Closely interact with and support UX/UI design, architecture, engineering, and QA testing teams throughout all phases of the software development process to ensure end-to-end business goals and product acceptance criteria are met.
- Collaborated with cross-functional stakeholders in Professional Services, Client Relations, Technical Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Technical Writing to develop end-to-end functional and readable product usage documentation for end-users.
