Siti Khadijah Jasni is a data enthusiast and is currently a statistician in the Core Team Big Data Analytics division at the Department of Statistics Malaysia where she developed 12 machine learning models for the project “Nowcasting Malaysia’s Gross Domestic Product using Machine learning” to complement the existing method in producing advanced estimates for GDP.
