  • Built the MVP of a real-time machine learning app which took photos taken at red carpet celebrities and identified them using AWS Rekognition.
  • Helped University of Maryland - CATT Lab migrate Flash apps to React. Wrote one feature to display tens of thousands of bottlenecks on a map performantly. Built an MVP of a new app to demo to new clients.
  • Developed a React Native app called HomeSafe to use location tracking to automatically text friends and family when you make it home safely.

Triggr Health provides a predictive system of care for addiction recovery that supports users on their personal path to long-term remission.

  • Hired as the first software engineer.
  • Helped migrate the backend to Mongo and NodeJS from Parse and a hosted HIPAA DB.
  • Led the team to build a community feature in the app for supporting peers; rewrote the native apps in React Native to increase iteration speed and adding interest-based groups to the community.
  • Built a display that shows random patients' reasons for getting sober to remind the team why they do what they do.
  • Worked with React, React Native, NodeJS, iOS and Swift, Android and Java, Mongo, Ansible, and AWS to build product features.
