• Wrote commentary and articles for the monthly Asia Bulletin.
• Sourced articles and contributors for the GTNews Weekly Bulletin.

• Ensured that all the business’s narratives and message are in support of the content strategies and editorial decisions that were formulated along with key stakeholders.
• Developed and oversaw an integrated content strategy that encompasses channel selection and focus, editorial governance and metrics to be applied and aligned with the business’s overall objectives and targets.

• Managed the credit card center in OCBC Bank. Had responsibility for over S$45 million in revenue, 120 staff and over 500,000 cards.
• Developed and implemented strategies to reinvigorate a slow-moving business including initiatives to increase receivables, improve credit risk and expand co-brand programs.

• Set up and ran a successful new start-up credit card business for the Ban.
• Designed a marketing plan that created immediate brand awareness and introduced innovative loyalty program features.
• Developed a new business model for credit cards in Singapore that combined outsourcing to third parties and optimal leveraging of existing Bank processes.
• Hired, trained, & led a new team in the cards department.
• Made the business profitable in a saturated market, within 18 months.

• Developed and implemented the strategy and plans for MasterCard operations and technology in the region.
• Represented the region to U.S. headquarters, the Asia/Pacific Board and regional management.
• Managed consulting programs for member banks.
• Ensured smooth implementation of new programs for customer service, settlement, staff training, service quality and systems improvement.
