Centrepoint Alliance is a network of financial advisers and brokers in Australia.
- Built and managed content strategy for Centrepoint Alliance across all communications channels, including internal, social media, PR, and digital.
- Created plans, managed calendars, and developed content, including CEO presentations and communications, blogs, EDMs, newsletter articles, social media, whitepapers and reports, eBooks, investor relations (annual report chairman letter and CEO report), and media releases.
- Performed content audit of all existing content (approximately 1,000 pieces of current content) and developed strategy for migration to new intranet and continued management of content lifecycle through review and archival.
- Established foundational programs across the group including style guide, content calendar, and social media guidelines.
- Produced a series of interviews with Centrepoint Alliance advisers to promote the strength of the community amidst an environment of disruption and uncertainty. Series successfully received by the community with advisers proactively reaching out to be interviewed.
