Job Description
As a Field Marketing Manager, you will coordinate the production of webinars and online events for a fast-paced marketing organization.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct full lifecycle (pre-production, production, and post) of webinars and webcasts.
- Hosting and producing webinars/online events.
- Proactively communicate webinar requirements to stakeholders to ensure event success.
- Edit webinars and post to corporate streaming media repository.
- Confirm logistics and scheduling with stakeholders.
- Actively manage the webinars/online events calendar.
Requirements
- Proficient in all areas of webinars/online events production and delivery.
- Minimum of 3+ years experience hosting and producing webinars and live interactive events using webinar platforms.
- Strong project management skills and a proven track record of managing multiple projects with short, and sometimes overlapping deadlines.
- Understanding of soundboards and audio signal flow.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to demonstrate grace under pressure.
- Deadline driven and detail-oriented.
- Preferably with editing experience.
