• Led the rebranding of the company along with its move towards enterprise solutions, and managed the publicity of its Europe expansion.
• Built the team to a highly effective, operational marketing team along with the development of a two-year branding, communications, and marketing plan for the company. 

• Led the communications and marketing strategy for DHL eCommerce, a division of Deutsche Post DHL Group.
• Built the global center of excellence for external communications, reporting into the global CEO.
• Assisted the Asia Pacific regional office with internal and external communications, digital marketing, and corporate events.

• Developed CSR communications strategy for GoTeach (Education) and GoHelp (Disaster Relief) programs to profile DPDHL Group.

• Built communications strategy and plans.
• Managed client servicing, media relations, and budgeting. 

FLY Entertainment is an independent entertainment and artiste management agency in Singapore.

• Established the public relations and marketing department, including its subsidiary companies Running Into The Sun (concert production) and A.I. Pictures (movie production).
• Managed the publicity of some of the largest concerts in Singapore, including Super Junior, Girl's Generation, and SM Town.
• Secured new business for the company with PR retainers and projects acting as an agency for clients in the retail, sports, and F&B industries.
