Pascal Kuta

The Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF) is an intergovernmental, not-for-profit organization in Singapore which promotes understanding, strengthens relationships and facilitates cooperation among the people, institutions and organizations of Asia and Europe.

• Managed digital communications, mainly social media channel management.
• Developed strategy creation based on the different target audiences within the organization (institutions, artists, youth, policymakers, environmentalists, and more), content creation, social media management over the whole organization and analytics utilizing Hootsuite.
• Created internal and external visual designs such as gadgets and giveaways, digital marketing visuals, brochures, annual reports, and more.
• Performed smaller daily tasks including photography and videography, assisting other departments in their communication needs, stakeholder management, and budgeting.

Göteborg Walking Tours is a non-profit tourism company based in Gothenburg.

• Managed all errands regarding the company including all administrative parts such as bookkeeping, stakeholder management, and other similar tasks, as well as IT, communications, and marketing as a sole founder.
• Handled employee management to provide regular tours and supervised groups with sizes up to 30 people per tour.

• Worked as an independent professional in the fields of communications, consulting and training.
• Provided services in photography (architectural, landscape, event), graphic design (digital, print), and social media management (copywriting, scheduling, management, visuals).
• Delivered various trainings about intercultural communications, digital communications, leadership, photography and public speaking.

The Erasmus Student Network (ESN) is a non-for-profit international student organization. It is active in 40 countries and working on a volunteer basis in over 900 Higher Education Institutions.

• Created an action plan, graphical designs, social media strategies and communication towards third parties and higher education institutions as well as institutions within the European Union.
• Managed developing and delivering of trainings in the fields of accessible communication towards volunteers in the 40 member countries.

Based in Växjö, Pascal managed 15 member organizations at 15 Higher Education Institutes in Sweden.

• Developed website management, social media management, brand strategy, communication strategy, visual designs and the organization of training.
• Implemented a communication concept and established a communication committee with the idea of empowerment of the individual which includes managing of a team of five individuals and the creation of visual guidelines which are used by the whole Swedish network, with more than 150 volunteers.
• Created workshops in a non-formal approach, held at physical meetings with the Swedish network. Workshop topics involved mainly communication topics.
• Developed branding of the national event, the ESN Sea Battle, a three-day event for up to 1800 international participants taking part on a cruise ship from Stockholm to various destinations.

• Was granted a scholarship from Deutschlandstipendium programme in Germany.
