• Designed developer-centric programs to understand how Neutrinos technology can speed their development and help their customers, therefore making developers and partners more successful.

• Managed technical communities for Google and worked closely with developers of small to medium scale companies in India to educate them on Google Developer’s offering and drive product adoption.
• Mentored and worked closely with five startups as part of Google’s flagship program for unicorn startups, Sandhill project, and helped them integrate various Firebase Services and APIs in their product. 
• Planned, organized, and facilitated Firebase partner roundtable with India’s top 20 tech companies.
• Collaborated with India Policy team to drive android app security advocacy and conducted a hands-on workshop for Indian government agencies.
• Rolled out and managed end-to-end 30 Days on GCP campaign with the intent of cloud advocacy and increased learners on Google Cloud in India through an online channel.
• Gained over 16,000 learners where each participant needs to go through a set of labs and courses to be termed as a learner.

• Setup and managed Google Cloud developer communities.
• Created and executed Google Cloud developer campaigns and outreach in India.
• Managed Google Developer’s biggest Cloud StudyJam campaign in India reaching out to over 10,000 developers and conducting 120 StudyJams in the last six months. Cloud StudyJams are meetups where developers come to a commonplace (such as college lab, co-working space, startup incubators/accelerators, hackathons, etc) and go through hands-on exercises on Google Cloud using a platform called Qwiklabs.
• Enabled 20,000 developers from more than 40 Google developer communities (GDGs and GCDCs) across India by training them on various Google technologies in-person and online.
• Grew the total number of communities in the region by 40% with 25% YoY membership growth.
• Created localized campaigns such as DevFest, Cloud Next Extended, Study Jams; and led them to 92% community adoption in India.

• Started and end to end managed Applied CS with Android program in India with the goal to increase computer science fundamental knowledge among Indian colleges and students.
• Onboarded 160 Indian universities and trained 10,000 students as a part of CS with Android program in one year.
• Automated many processes of facilitator screening, emailing, and reporting, and these tools were later implemented across geographies in different programs.
• Created Applied CS dashboard to measure the health and metrics of the program.
