As a UX, human-centered, and product designer for Samsung:
- Developed a series of new product opportunities and illustrated the new use scenarios to empower able-bodied elderly to truly “thrive” in their daily activities and help new age boomers live meaningfully.
As a social, collaborative, and process designer for SG Enable, METTA Welfare Association:
- Designed a co-creation process with the disabled youths under METTA Welfare Association. This project aims to empower differently-abled youths through the creation of desirable products as a mode of employment and sustenance for the artists.
As a service, experience, and product designer for Singapore Airlines:
- Redesigned the premium lounge experience through the conceptualization of “Harmony”, an ergonomic and multi-functional premium lounge chair that marries both comfort & functionality and privacy & interaction.
As a user-centered designer for AWWA & NUS Keio-Cute Center:
- Worked with AWWA to redesign the elderly bilateral sanders rehabilitative device to instill an element of fun into existing bilateral sanders therapy, through the conceptualization of “Unibi”, a physical reinvention of the existing bilateral sanders machine, alongside the creation of a digital game interface.
