As a senior product designer, Tengwan Quek has worked on different products and mobile apps for the past decade. With in-depth knowledge of enterprise software and complex system design for SaaS products, she has experience designing for customer support, conversational UI/messaging, artificial intelligence platform, and casual mobile games. At Zendesk, Tengwan has designed Zendesk Message, a new product that enables businesses to provide customer support via social channels.   • Illustrated, researched, and compiled a bilingual book on preserving "Vanishing Crafts" and "Vanishing Materials" for the next generation in Singapore. The project was a collaboration with Associate Professor Jesvin Yeo and was funded by the National Library Board. Many of the award credits goes to her.
  • Directed and designed an iOS game, Saving Pandas, as part of a panda protection program. The five main characters Tengwan designed were named after real pandas at the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding. The characters were widely made into marketing merchandises for events and were featured at the San Diego Zoo.
