• The client is the global market leader in hospital-grade COVID test kits. They wanted to launch a consumer variant.
• They wanted to sell the test kits on a direct-to-consumer basis on their website and also place it on regional e-commerce portals (Amazon + regional platforms).
• Hire Digital was to run a multi-channel digital marketing campaign for the launch, including a landing microsite with a blog, social media activation, paid search, and SEO content.

• The marketing team and the Sales Operations group sat under different reporting structures in different countries. The security and data privacy teams also needed to sign off on the implementation.

Hire Digital spent the first 2 weeks conducting stakeholder interviews + reading current and legacy documentation to create a detailed technical and organizational roadmap. We then helped the Client’s proponent (the marketing team) pitch the plan to IT and Sales Ops by conducting a workshop with multiple break-out sessions.

Hire Digital then provided a team that worked over 6 months to develop the SFMC customer journeys and pipelines while integrating Veeva CRM along the way:

Hire Digital had performed complete re-brands before and was aware that it is a highly subjective experience for most stakeholders. Re-brands are highly aesthetic, and traditional approaches begin with asking clients abstract questions at the start and delivering something entirely different at the end.

We proposed an Agile approach so that at the end of every 2 weeks, the client could review something real and tangible even if it’s a small output. For example, instead of asking something abstract like “Why is the company’s historical color of choice blue?”, our team delivered 8 variations of name card designs and asked which one resonated with the client and why. Based on the ranked choice, another iteration was repeated for the next sprint.

Hire Digital employed this approach for all operational facets encompassing a company’s brand, such as its logo, website, print materials, signages, advertisements, and copy. A team of graphic designers, UI/UX designers, front-end and backend engineers led by a project manager.
